Rally Spirit for Global Adventure.
Founder | Brand Architect | Product Design | Creative
I’ve always been fascinated by the origins of rally racing — the mystique of riders crossing brutal terrain where victory was measured in survival, not trophies. To me that was adventure at its purest. I created Raiden to embody that spirit: competition against man, nature, and self. I wanted a brand that spoke to real adventure on a global scale, with bold gear and unvarnished storytelling, authentic whatever the cost.
IDENTIFYING THE OPPORTUNITY

Adventure riding was growing rapidly, but most ADV gear was simply adapted street touring apparel. Raiden was created to channel the spirit of rally raid adventure with the attitude of motocross and the independence of overland.
DESIGNING FOR THE RIDE

True adventure riding demanded gear built for distance, weather, and rough terrain. Raiden embodied the rally spirit of risk and exploration, built to perform in demanding off-highway environments that push rider and machine to their limits.
BUILDING THE PRODUCT SYSTEM
Subline of copy
Raiden launched as a complete system of jackets, pants, gloves, boots, and helmets designed to function as a cohesive riding kit. The visual language drew from vintage Dakar rally gear, reinterpreted through modern materials and construction.
LORDS OF THE ATLAS
Subline of copy
The Raiden visual narrative was built through global travel and riding. As both the riders, designers, and photographers, we documented the gear in a raw, documentary style. The result captured the reality of adventure and the authentic spirit of Raiden
THE RESULT

Raiden established ICON within the rapidly growing ADV segment while expanding the brand far beyond its sportbike roots. The line demonstrated that ICON could design, build, and market complete equipment systems across multiple riding disciplines while maintaining a distinct visual identity.
